There’s nothing better than a glass of buttermilk on a hot summer day! The benefit of drinking buttermilk is that it cools down the body temperature during the hot season. 

Buttermilk is high in potassium, vitamin B12, calcium, and riboflavin as well as a good source of phosphorus. One of buttermilk's greatest benefits is its calcium content. Ingredients:
  • Curd- 1 cup
  • Chopped Curry leaves - 1 springs (Optional)
  • Salt - 1-2 teaspoons
  • Chopped Green chillies - 2 numbers
  • Cumin seeds powder - as required
  • Chopped Coriander leaves - 1 springs
  • Ginger-grated
Instructions:

  1. In a blender,add curd,water & blend.
  2. Now, add green chilies, ginger, curry & coriander leaves,cumin seeds powder.
  3. Blend for 30 seconds.
  4. Serve with garnishing of cumin seeds powder.
