Like carrots, this orange fruit is rich in beta-carotene, as well as alpha-carotene and beta-cryptoxanthin. After consuming beta-carotene, for instance, your body converts it into vitamin A, all while boosting overall immune function.

Ingredients:
  • Coconut Milk - 1 Cup
  • Pumpkin Puree - One Fourth
  • Cinnamon - Two Pinches
  • Banana Sliced - 1
  • Honey - 2 Spoon
  • Few Ice Cubes
Instructions:
  • Add little milk, pumpkin puree, banana,cinnamon, honey in blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Once it is smooth, add rest of the milk & ice cubes. Blend again.
  • Serve immediately.
