Mint and Yogurt is a wonderful combination.Both soothe the stomach instantly and works wonders when it comes to treating tummy troubles. Rich in antioxidants, phytonurients and menthol, which helps the enzymes to digest food.

Ingredients:
  • 2 to 3 cup Curd
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Dried mint
  • Ground cumin seeds powder, roasted
  • Few Ice cubes
Instructions:

  1. Add curd in a container.
  2. Add sugar and add dried mint and mix it well or blend it with blender for better texture.
  3. Add a few ice cubes.
  4. Garnish with a little ground cumin and fresh mint leaves.
  5. Serve chilled.
