1 cup thick curd, fresh
1.5 tbsp or to taste sugar, powdered
Half cup Ice cold water
Cardamom powder- A Pinch
First blend curd using the hand blender/mixi.
Add sugar,cardamom powder & cold water to get the desired consistency of lassi.
Whisk again till a frothy layer is formed using the hand blender / mixi.
Serve chilled along with few ice cubes.
You can garnish it curd's malai to get rich taste.
