- 2 cup papaya,cubes
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (Optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Few ice cubes
- Place all ingredients in a blender and mix on high until the papaya is well blended. (Taste and add more sugar if desired and blend for an additional minute)
- Serve immediately.
- NOTE: If papaya is sweeten naturally then add less sugar.
