Shakes Papaya

Papaya is rich in fibre, Vitamin C and antioxidants which prevent cholesterol build up in your arteries. Too much cholesterol build-up can lead to several heart diseases including heart attack and hypertension.

Papaya also contains other effective enzymes that help against inflammation and promote healing of burns. Papayas have high digestive enzymes; they help in supporting your digestive fire.

Ingredients:
  • Papaya cubes - 1 Cup
  • Chilled Milk - 1 Cup
  • Sugar/Honey - 2 spoon
  • Vanilla extract (Optional) - 5 to 7 drops
  • Two pinches of ground cinnamon/black pepper
  • Few ice cubes
Instructions:
  • Blend papaya cubes, vanilla extract, sugar/honey & little milk in a blender. Blend untill you get creamy smooth texture.
  • Now add rest of the milk & blend again.
  • Pour into glasses, garnish with ground cinnamon/black pepper. Serve immediately.
  • NOTE: You can add vanilla icecream too while blending as kids might not enjoy the taste of papaya. Icecream will hide papaya's flavor.
