Ginger Mint Detox Water Recipe
Ginger Mint Detox Water is excellent for relieving gastrointestinal (GI) symptoms, such as nausea and vomiting. This drink is known as one of the most powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant ingredients, bringing health benefits such as improved immune system.
Total Time (Minutes):
- 2 Spoon Grated Ginger
- 2 lemon slices
- 5 fresh mint leaves
- A pinch of Himalayan salt
- 1.5 Cup Water
- Heat water in a saucepan. Add mint leaves, ginger.
- Turn off the flame. Add salt & lemon wedges. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
