Ingredients:
  • Oats Powder - 1 Cup
  • Chilled Curd - 1 Cup
  • Honey - 2 tbsp
  • Flaxseed, powdered - 4 tbsp
  • Freshly Chopped Green Grapes - 1 cup
Instructions:
  • Blend oats powder, chilled curd, & flaxseed powder.
  • Blend untill smooth & creamy.
  • Place some chopped grapes in glasses first then pour this blended mixture. Again sprinkle grapes.
  • Last add honey to garnish.
