Fig Lassi Recipe
Figs, being high in fiber, may be helpful in a weight management. Figs are a good fruit source of calcium as well. Their high potassium content may counteract the urinary excretion of calcium caused by high salt diets. This in turn helps to keep calcium in bones and lessens the risk of osteoporosis.

Ingredients:
- 3 to 4 Soaked figs
- Half Cup chilled curd
- Pinch of cinnamon powder
- Sugar to taste
- Ice cubes
- Water- As required
Instructions:
- Combine the curd and figs to a smooth puree in a blender.
- Add sugar & cinnamon powder. Blend and taste for sweetness. The natural sweetness of the figs and yogurt will determine if you need more sugar.
- Add water & ice accordingly.
- Blend everything till smooth. There should be no pieces of figs. Serve immediate.
