Dragon Chia Smoothie Recipe
Dragon fruits are rich in vitamins including vitamin C, B1, B2 and B3, calcium, iron, magnesium and phosphorus. They are also a good source of fibre, protein and omega essential fatty acids.

Ingredients:
- Milk - 1 Glass
- Chia Seeds - 2 Tbsp
- Chopped Dragon Fruit - Half Cup
- Chopped Frozen Bananas - Half Cup
- Coconut Flakes - If Available
Instructions:
- Divide milk equally in two glasses. Add chia seeds & stir well. Cover it with plate & let it rest in refrigerate overnight. It helps to get gel consistensy.
- In the morning, blend frozen banana & dragon fruit. Once blended into puree, pour this puree equally over the chia seeds milk.
- Top it with some chopped banana & dragon fruit, coconut flakes.
