Cashew Lassi Recipe
Cashews are an excellent source of copper and a good source of phosphorus, magnesium, manganese and zinc. A handful of cashew nuts a day in the diet would provide enough of these minerals and may help prevent deficiency diseases.
Selenium is an important micronutrient, which functions as a co-factor for antioxidant enzymes such as Glutathione peroxidases, one of the most powerful antioxidants in the body.

Ingredients:
- Curd - Half Cup
- Cashew Nuts - 5 to 7 - Soaked in water for one hour
- Sugar/Honey - To Taste
- Cinnamon
- Chilled Milk
Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients (curd, soaked cashew nuts, honey) together.
- Once cashews are blended in curd, add chilled milk & blend again. Adjust consistency by adding milk.
- Serve it in glasses with garnishing of cinnamon powder & few chopped cashews.
