  • Carrot (grated) - 1
  • Sugar - 1 spoon or less
  • Water - 1 cup
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Ghee - 1/2 tbsp
  • Cardamoms - few
  • Cashewnuts - few
  1. Heat ghee in a pan on a medium flame and saute the grated carrots in ghee for 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. Put water and sugar to it. Cook till the carrots become tender.
  3. Pour milk to it and allow it to boil for 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. Now add cardamom and cashew nuts. Stir well & cook on low flame for 1 minute. Cook more according to the consistency you want.
  5. Serve hot.
