Thyme Roasted Walnuts Recipe

Walnuts are an excellent source of anti-inflammatory omega-3 essential fatty acids, in the form of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). Walnuts are also rich in antioxidants, including being a very good source of manganese and copper.
They are also a good source of molybdenum and the B vitamin biotin.

Ingredients:
- Half cup walnuts
- Half spoon thyme
- 2 spoon honey
- Half spoon lemon
- Half spoon salt
Instructions:
- First roast walnuts in a non stick pan for 5 to 8 minutes. Keep them aside. Once cooled down, they will be crunchy.
- Add honey, salt, lemon juice and thyme. Mix well.
- Store it in an air tight container. Keep it in freeze.
- NOTE: Make it in small quantity only.
