Walnuts are a delicious way to add extra nutrition, flavor and crunch to a meal. Walnuts are an excellent source of anti-inflammatory omega-3 essential fatty acids, in the form of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). Walnuts are also rich in antioxidants, including being a very good source of manganese and copper.
They are also a good source of molybdenum and the B vitamin biotin.

Half cup walnuts
Half spoon thyme
2 spoon honey
Half spoon lemon
Half spoon salt
First roast walnuts in a non stick pan for 5 to 8 minutes. Keep them aside. Once cooled down, they will be crunchy.
Add honey, salt, lemon juice and thyme. Mix well.
Store it in an air tight container. Keep it in freeze.
