Idli is a steamed cake originating from Southern India. Idlis are made in a specialized mold and eaten with chutney, vegetable stew or other flavorful toppings for breakfast or as a snack.

- Total Time (Minutes):
- 2 tbsp refined oil
- ½ tsp mustard seeds
- Salt to taste
- 8-10 Curry leaves
- 15 Mini Idlis
- 2 chopped Green chilli
- For tadka , Heat oil in a pan , add mustard seeds till they crackle
- Add salt , curry patta and green chillies . Now, add mini idlis and saute .Serve hot with a chutney of your choice- coconut or tomato as desired.
