This Sweet fries recipe can be made quickly & easily.  These sweet fries are super-easy solution to soothe your aching sweet tooth. Crisp and sugary, everyone will love it for sure.

Ingredients:
  • Water - 1 Bowl
  • Sugar - 1 Bowl
  • Bread Corners (bread kinare) - 15 to 20
  • Chopped Dry Fruits - Half Bowl
  • Grated Coconut - 2 spoon
Instructions:
  • First heat water in a pan. Add sugar & cook it on medium flame. Keep stirring.
  • We need to make one thread syrup (ek taar ki chashni). Do not overcook.
  • When done. Switch off the flame. Keep it aside. We need to cool it down little.
  • Now heat oil in another pan. Fry bread corner (bread kinare) in medium hot oil.
  • Keep stirring while frying as they burn so quickly. Take them out on tissue paper.
  • Now pour these fried corners in sugar syrup. Add coconut & chopped fry fruits too.
  • Stir well. Take out all bread corners (coated with dry fruits, coconut, sugar syrup) using strainer in a plate.
  • In winter, serve them hot but in summer, let them cool for half an hour in refrigerator.
