Ingredients:
- Water - 1 Bowl
- Sugar - 1 Bowl
- Bread Corners (bread kinare) - 15 to 20
- Chopped Dry Fruits - Half Bowl
- Grated Coconut - 2 spoon
Instructions:
- First heat water in a pan. Add sugar & cook it on medium flame. Keep stirring.
- We need to make one thread syrup (ek taar ki chashni). Do not overcook.
- When done. Switch off the flame. Keep it aside. We need to cool it down little.
- Now heat oil in another pan. Fry bread corner (bread kinare) in medium hot oil.
- Keep stirring while frying as they burn so quickly. Take them out on tissue paper.
- Now pour these fried corners in sugar syrup. Add coconut & chopped fry fruits too.
- Stir well. Take out all bread corners (coated with dry fruits, coconut, sugar syrup) using strainer in a plate.
- In winter, serve them hot but in summer, let them cool for half an hour in refrigerator.
