Ingredients:
- Rice - Half Cup
- Yellow Moong Daal - Half Cup
- Puree of Parboiled spinach - Half Cup
- Ghee
- Salt & Chilli Powder
- Turmeric
- Water
- Asafoetida - 2 Pinches
Instructions:
- Wash rice & daal well. Soak them in water for atleast half an hour.
- Add ghee in a pressure cooker. Add Asafoetida, turmeric powder.
- Add spinach puree, soaked rice and daal. Mix them very well.
- Add salt & chilli powder. Add water three times of the dal rice mixture. Stir very well.
- Close the cooker s lid. Take 3 to 5 whistles on low flame.
