Soya Pulao Recipe
RiceSoybeans are rich in copper and iron. Both are essential for the red blood cell formation. Increased red blood cell production increases oxygen to the cells and improves the metabolic activity. This prevents conditions like anemia.

Ingredients:
- 3 cup boiled rice
- 1 cup boiled soya chunks
- 1 sliced onion
- Cumin seeds
- Salt & spice - to taste
- 2 pinch of Turmeric powder
- Oil
Instructions:
- Now put a heavy bottom vessel on the gas.
- Add oil in non stick pan. Once its hot, add cumin seeds. Now add sliced onion & cook till transulcent.
- Add soya chunks, salt & spices, turmeric powder & mix well. Cook it for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Once masala is ready, add boiled rice.
- Cover it for 1 minute.
- Serve hot.
- NOTE: You can add garlic, ginger & tomato too in masala.
