Ingredients:
- Oil - 1 Tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 Tbsp
- Onions, finely chopped - 1
- Tomato, finely chopped - 1
- Green chillies, sliced - 1
- 1 Bunch of spinach leaves
- One Fourth Bunch of fenugreek leaves
- 1 Tbsp Soya leaves
- Chana dal - 1 Tbsp
- Water - 1 Cup
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a cooker. Add ginger paste and saute for a minute.
- Add onions, green chillies saute till translucent. Add tomatoes. Saute well.
- Add spinach leaves, fenugreek leaves and soya leaves, mix well and saute for a minute
- Add chana dal and water, mix well. Add salt, cover the pressure cooker and cook till 4 to 5 whistles.
