Sindhi Saibhaji Recipe

Ingredients:
  • Oil - 1 Tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 Tbsp
  • Onions, finely chopped - 1
  • Tomato, finely chopped - 1
  • Green chillies, sliced - 1
  • 1 Bunch of spinach leaves
  • One Fourth Bunch of fenugreek leaves
  • 1 Tbsp Soya leaves
  • Chana dal - 1 Tbsp
  • Water - 1 Cup
  • Salt to taste
Instructions:
  1. Heat oil in a cooker. Add ginger paste and saute for a minute.
  2. Add onions, green chillies saute till translucent. Add tomatoes. Saute well.
  3. Add spinach leaves, fenugreek leaves and soya leaves, mix well and saute for a minute
  4. Add chana dal and water, mix well. Add salt, cover the pressure cooker and cook till 4 to 5 whistles.
