Ingredients:
- Rice Flour - 1 Cup
- Water - 3 Cup
- Roasted & Crushed Cumin Seeds - Half Spoon
- Ginger & Green Chilli Paste
- Cooking Soda - A Pinch
- Salt
- Oil - 3 Spoon
- Chilli Powder
Instructions:
- Heat 3 cups of water in a non stick pan. Once its boiled (don't turn off the gas), add a pinch of soda, crushed cumin seeds, oil, ginger green chilli paste, salt.
- Now add rice flour. Keep stirring vigorously while adding rice flour to avoid lumps. Use rolling pin to dissolve any lump.
- In a minute, it will absorb all the water. Keep stirring & cooking on low flame.
- Once its not sticky & all water is evaporated. Keep it aside.
- Now, its time to make tempering. Heat oil in a clean pan, add cumin seeds, red chilli powder. Once it sizzles, pour it over the cooked rice flour.
- Ready to enjoy.
