Ingredients:
  • Rice Flour - 1 Cup
  • Water - 3 Cup
  • Roasted & Crushed Cumin Seeds - Half Spoon
  • Ginger & Green Chilli Paste
  • Cooking Soda - A Pinch
  • Salt
  • Oil - 3 Spoon
  • Chilli Powder
Instructions:
  • Heat 3 cups of water in a non stick pan. Once its boiled (don't turn off the gas), add a pinch of soda, crushed cumin seeds, oil, ginger green chilli paste, salt.
  • Now add rice flour. Keep stirring vigorously while adding rice flour to avoid lumps. Use rolling pin to dissolve any lump.
  • In a minute, it will absorb all the water. Keep stirring & cooking on low flame.
  • Once its not sticky & all water is evaporated. Keep it aside.
  • Now, its time to make tempering. Heat oil in a clean pan, add cumin seeds, red chilli powder. Once it sizzles, pour it over the cooked rice flour.
  • Ready to enjoy.
