Ingredients:
- Washed & Soaked White Rice - Half Cup
- Washed & Soaked Quinoa - Half Cup
- Chopped Vegetables of Yours Choice - One Fourth Cup
- Cumin Seeds - 1 Spoon
- Ginger Paste - 1 Spoon
- Salt & Spices - to taste
- Ghee
Instructions:
- Heat ghee in a pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds. Let them sizzle.
- Add ginger paste and chopped vegetables. Saute well. Add soaked quinoa and rice.
- Add salt and spices. Stir well but gently.
- Add two cups of water. Close the lid. Take 3 to 4 whistles.
- Enjoy it with curd or moong daal.
