  • 1 fresh pumpkin, peeled and seeded
  • Oil
  • Salt (optional)


  1. Cut pumpkin into very thin slices with a peeler.

  2. Pour oil in a pan & heat it.

  3. Fry pumpkin slices until crisp on low flame

  4. Drain.

  5. sprinkle salt, if desired.
