Ingredients:
- Pumpkin Thinly Sliced
- Oil
- Salt (optional)
Instructions:
- Cut pumpkin into very thin slices with a peeler.
- Pour oil in a pan & heat it.
- Fry pumpkin slices until crisp on low to medium flame.
- Take out on paper. Sprinkle salt, if desired.
