Ingredients:
- Soaked Puffed Rice - 1 Cup
- Grated Vegetables (Potato, Carrot, Cabbage)
- Chopped Chillies - Optional
- Tempering of chopped curry leaves & mustard seeds
- Salt
- Water
Instructions:
- First blend soaked puffed rice & water. We need a smooth batter. Add water gradually only to make batter.
- Take it out in a bowl. Add tempering of chopped curry leaves & mustard seeds, salt, grated vegetables, chopped chillies. If batter is thick, add more water.
- Heat a tava & grease it with oil. Take a ladeful spoon of batter & spread pancake on tava. Keep the flame on low to medium.
- Pour few drops of oil around it. Once cooked, flip it. Cook from both the sides.
