Ingredients:
- Boiled Rice - 1 to 2 Cup
- Mint Paste - 2 to 4 Spoon
- Bay Leaf, Cumin seeds
- Onion & Garlic
- Salt & Spices
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Once hot, add cumin seeds, bay leaf, Stir for a minute till they crackle.
- Add onion, garlic & fry them. Add salt & spices.
- Add mint paste & stir well. Now add boiled rice. Mix all well.
- Cook for 5 minutes on low flame keeping it covered.
