Ingredients:
  • Crumbled Paneer - 1 Cup
  • Soaked Poha - 2 Cup
  • Few Curry Leaves
  • 2 Spoon Mix of Mustard & Cumin seeds
  • Chopped Onion
  • Salt & Spices
Instructions:
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add crumble paneer & saute it well. Take out in a bowl
  • Add 1 spoon oil again in the pan. Add cumin seeds, curry leaves and mustard seeds to the pan and let them splutter.
  • Add onion & saute till translucent. Add soaked poha, sauteed paneer. Now add salt, spices (chilli powder, turmeric powder) & stir them well.
