Potato Herb Pancakes Recipe
Potatoes are a great source of vitamin B6. This plays a vital role in energy metabolism, by breaking down carbohydrates and proteins into glucose and amino acids. These smaller compounds are more easily utilized for energy within the body.

Ingredients:
- Shredded Potatoes (Half Boiled) - 2 Cup
- All Purpose Flour/Maida - Around 2 to 3 Tbsp
- Salt & Black Pepper - to taste
- Herb Seasoning
Instructions:
- Mix shredded potatoes, maida, salt, pepper, herb seasoning well. Add little water to bind all of them together well.
- Heat an oil greased tava/pan.
- Spoon mixture on the tava, press lightly to flatten. Pour oil around it & cook on low to medium flame. Flip gently.
- Cook from both the sides, we need brown and crispy texture.
- Take them out on a serving plate. Place mayonnaise/cream cheese over each pancake. Sprinkle herb seasoning over it.
- NOTE: Do not add so much maida.
- You can add onion/garlic powder too.
