Potatoes are a great source of vitamin B6. This plays a vital role in energy metabolism, by breaking down carbohydrates and proteins into glucose and amino acids. These smaller compounds are more easily utilized for energy within the body.

Ingredients:
  • 2 Cup Shredded potatoes
  • 2 Tablespoon All purpose flour
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions:

  1. Thoroughly mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Spoon mixture onto hot griddle and spread into 1/2-inch-thick pancakes.
  2. Cook pancake till they are browned and crispy.
  3. Serve hot with cheese spread.
