Pineapples are tropical fruit that are rich in vitamins, enzymes and antioxidents. They may help boost the immune system, build strong bones and aid indigestion. Also, despite their sweetness, pineapples are low in calories.

  • Pineapple - 1 (big, cut into cubes)
  • Custard powder - 2 tbsps
  • Milk - 1/2 litre.
  • Condensed Milk - 1 can
  • Milk - 1/4 cup
  • Sugar - 2 tbsps.
  • Elaichi powder - 1 tsp.
  • Vanilla ice Cream - 2 tbsps

  1. Boil the milk on low flame for 10 to 15 Minutes.Keep stirring continuously so that the milk does not stick to the pan.
  2. Then in another bowl,take 1/4 cup of milk and add the custard powder in the milk and mix well so that no lumps are formed.
  3. Once the reduced milk is boiled, then add the condensed milk to it and keep stirring continuously.
  4. Once it is well mixed, add the custard in.
  5. Mix well together and allow it to boil for 2-3 mins.
  6. Then add the elaichi powder and mix it well.
  7. Allow it to cool and then refrigerate it.
  8. Cut the pineapple and add the sugar.
  9. Mix it well and keep it in the fridge.
  10. Just before serving, beat vanilla ice cream and pour it into the custard.
  11. Add the pineapple pieces into the custard and serve cold.
