Crispy Paneer Wrap Bites Recipe

Serve Crispy Paneer Wrap Bites with mint coriander chutney and Ginger Cardamom Chai on a rainy morning day. Paneer wrap bites are made with gram flour paste, arbi leaves & grated paneer stuffing. All ingredients will provide a serving of  protein.

Ingredients:
  • Grated Paneer - 1 Cup
  • Coconut powder - 2 Spoon
  • Green Chillies & ginger
  • Salt & Spices
  • Arbi Leafs (cut in square shape) - 10 to 15
  • Gram Flour/Besan Paste
Instructions:

  1. Mix cottage cheese, coconut, salt, chopped green chillies, tamarind paste, ginger paste.
  2. Take one small square shape arbi leaf & place mixture over that.
  3. Seal the edges with gram flour paste.
  4. Heat oil & shallow fry these stuffed leaves in a non stick pan on medium flame.
  5. NOTE: Clean the leaf properly before using it.
