Ingredients:
- Semolina - Half Cup
- Besan - Half Cup
- Curd - One Cup
- Water - One Fourth Cup
- Crumbled Paneer - Half Cup
- Salt - To Taste
- Eno - 1 Tsp
Instructions:
- Mix rava & besan in a wide bowl. Add curd and whisk well.
- Cover it with lid or plate for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Add one fourth cup of water, crumbled paneer and salt now. Whisk again.
- Add eno & mix gently. Steam idli in a steamer.
