Paneer Idli Recipe

Ingredients:
  • Semolina - Half Cup
  • Besan - Half Cup
  • Curd - One Cup
  • Water - One Fourth Cup
  • Crumbled Paneer - Half Cup
  • Salt - To Taste
  • Eno - 1 Tsp
Instructions:
  • Mix rava & besan in a wide bowl. Add curd and whisk well.
  • Cover it with lid or plate for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Add one fourth cup of water, crumbled paneer and salt now. Whisk again.
  • Add eno & mix gently. Steam idli in a steamer.
