- Makka Flour - 1 Cup
- Wheat Flour - 1 Cup
- Salt & Spice
- Chopped Onion - 1
- Chopped Methi - 2 Spoon
- Mix makka & wheat flour, chopped onion & methi, salt & spices well in a bowl. Knead a smooth dough.
- Pinch a lemon size dough and press to flatten it.
- Coat it with the dry flour and flatten it using a rolling pin. Cook it on tawa using oil.
