- Makka Flour - 1 Cup
- Wheat Flour - 1 Cup
- Salt & Spice
- Chopped Onion - 1
- Chopped Methi - 2 Spoon
- Mix makka & wheat flour, chopped onion & methi, salt & spices well in a bowl.
- Now adding water gradually, knead a smooth dough.
- Now pinch a lemon size dough, roll it and press to flatten it.
- Coat it with the dry flour and flatten it using a rolling pin.
- Cook this paratha on tawa using oil.
