Because their cells walls are undigestible unless exposed to heat, you must cook mushrooms to get their nutritional benefits.

Ingredients:
  • Boiled & Mashed Potato - One Cup
  • Chopped Mushroom - Half Cup
  • Grated Paneer - 2 Tbsp
  • Salt & Spices
  • Besan Batter with salt & spices
  • Bread Crumbs
  • Oil
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, mix potato, paneer, mushroom, salt & spices well.
  • Pinch a small ball out of the dough. Flatten it. Dip it in besan batter.
  • Coast it well with bread crumbs. Fry it in oil on medium flame.
