Ingredients:
- Multigrain Flour - 1 Cup
- Curd - Half Cup
- Water
- Chopped Vegetables - Half Cup
- Salt & Spices
- Ginger paste
- One Fourth Tea Spoon Eno Salt Powder
Instructions:
- First mix flour, curd, vegetables, ginger well. keep it for 5 to 8 minutes.
- Now add water gradually to make a smooth batter. Add salt & spice.
- In the end, add eno salt & mix. Do not overmix.
- Now heat an appam pan, grease it with oil.
- Fill up the cavities with batter mixture & flip when cooked from one side.
- Cook them from both the sides.
