Ingredients:
  • Multigrain Flour - 1 Cup
  • Curd - Half Cup
  • Water
  • Chopped Vegetables - Half Cup
  • Salt & Spices
  • Ginger paste
  • One Fourth Tea Spoon Eno Salt Powder
Instructions:
  • First mix flour, curd, vegetables, ginger well. keep it for 5 to 8 minutes.
  • Now add water gradually to make a smooth batter. Add salt & spice.
  • In the end, add eno salt & mix. Do not overmix.
  • Now heat an appam pan, grease it with oil.
  • Fill up the cavities with batter mixture & flip when cooked from one side.
  • Cook them from both the sides.
