Fruits are an important part of a healthy diet as they give ample energy without adding any unnecessary calories.When you eat fruits, your supply of energy increases in no time; this is one of the prime benefits of fruits that we can utilize in our busy schedules. 

Ingredients:

  • 2 Mangoes, peeled and diced
  • Half cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • Half cup fresh pineapple Chunks
  • Half cup blueberries
  • Half cup grapes, halved
  • 4 kiwis, peeled and diced
  • 2 bananas, peeled and sliced

Honey Lime Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • zest of 2 medium limes
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2  tsp poppy seed

Method:

  1. Add all fruit (except bananas) to a large mixing bowl.

  2. Add bananas just before serving, so they don’t turn brown.

  3. In a bowl, whisk together the honey, lime zest, lime juice and poppy seed.

  4. Pour this over fruits just before serving and toss to evenly coat.
