Masala Stuffed Arbi Recipe

Ingredients:
- Semi Boiled Arbi - 10
- Masala mix of salt, gram masala, coriander powder, turmeric powder, dried mango powder - Half Cup
- Ginger & Green chilli paste
- Carom seeds - half spoon
- Mustard Oil
- Water
Instructions:
- Make one slit on each of them without cutting through.
- Stuff masala in arbi with the help of knife. Keep it aside.
- Heat mustard oil in non stick pan, saute carom seeds.
- Now fry these stuffed arbi on medium flame till you get crispy texture.
- NOTE: You can dip these stuffed arbi in rice flour batter too before frying them. You will get golden & crispy texture.
- To make this dish, buy small size arbi.
