Ingredients:
- Maida/All purpose flour - 2 Cup
- Salt - To Taste
- Few chopped green chillies & ginger
- Mustard Seeds - Half Spoon
- Curry leaves - 5 to 7
- Water
Instructions:
- Blend green chillies, ginger, maida, water. Add less water only and mix to get a batter without any lump. (By adding less water initially, you will be able to dissolve all maida lumps)
- Pulse it couple of times, then add required water to get a smooth batter. Keep this batter aside.
- In a pan, pour the oil & temper chopped curry leaves & mustard seeds. Add this seasoning into batter & mix well. Add salt & spice powder (green chilli is already added in batter) now.
- Heat a non stick tawa, grease with oil and pour a ladleful of batter and spread out.
- Drop oil slowly around the rim of the dosa. When the dosa changes colour flip it and pour little more oil.
- When its cooked from both the sides, serve it with paneer/potato stuffing OR sambar/chutney.
