Liquid Dough Paratha Recipe

Paratha

A simple batter made with wheat flour, salt & water & it is carefully poured onto a hot tava and cooked on both sides pressing it by spatula. If you wish, you can add grated vegetables to paratha, but you can choose to keep it simple, totally upto you!

Ingredients:
  • Whole wheat flour - 1 Cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Water - 1.5 Cup
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, add whole wheat flour, salt.
  • Add 1 cup water & whisk well. Make sure there is no lump. Now add rest of the water gradually & mix well.
  • Rest the batter for five minutes.
  • Heat a non-stick pan, pour prepared batter with the ladle & spread evenly.
  • Cook on low flame until it changes color then flip and cook from the other side.
