Ingredients:
- Kathal Peeled & Cut into Cubes - 1 Cup
- Ginger & Garlic Paste
- Salt & Spices to taste
- Whisked Curd - 1 Cup
- Water - Half Cup
- Oil
- Chopped Tomato - Half Cup
- Chopped Onion - Half Cup
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a flat pan & saute kathal on medium flame for few minutes.
- Once it is soft & slightly cooked, take it out in a plate.
- In the same pan, heat oil again & saute onion & tomatoes.
- Once both are cooked well, add salt & spices.
- Now add sauteed kathal in the same pan & give it a good mix.
- Add little water & cover it with lid. Cook for few minutes. Turn off the heat
- In the end, add whisked curd & mix well.
- Ready to serve with paratha.
