Jackfruit are great for health. Jackfruits has lot of nutritive value. It helps in strengthening the immune system as it consists of lot of vitamin C.

Ingredients:
  • Jackfruit - 1
  • Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Rice flour - 2 tablespoon
  • Chick pea flour - 1 cup
  • Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Cooking soda - 1 pinch
  • Oil - to fry
  • NOTE: While cutting the jack fruit , apply mustard oil to avoid stickiness in yours hands.
Instructions:

  1. Take the jack fruit and cut into thin slices.
  2. Take a bowl and add red chilli powder, salt, cooking soda, turmeric powder, rice flour, chickpea flour, cumin seeds, 1 tbs oil and mix thoroughly.
  3. To it add jackfruit thin slices, little water and mix thoroughly.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and drop in the fritters using hands and deep fry them into golden brown colour.
  5. Take it out on a paper towel, sprinkle chat masala all over it.
  6. Ready to serve.
