Ingredients:
- Jackfruit Slices - 5 to 7
- Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Rice flour - 2 tablespoon
- Chick pea flour - 1 cup
- Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Cooking soda - 1 pinch
- Oil - to fry
- NOTE: While cutting the jack fruit , apply mustard oil to avoid stickiness in yours hands.
Instructions:
- Take a bowl and add red chilli powder, salt, cooking soda, turmeric powder, rice flour, chickpea flour, cumin seeds, 1 tbsp oil and mix thoroughly.
- To it add jackfruit slices, little water and mix thoroughly.
- Heat oil in a pan and drop in the fritters using hands and deep fry them into golden brown colour.
- Take it out on a paper towel, sprinkle chat masala all over it.
