Ingredients:
  • Boiled Mashed Potato Stuffing with Salt & Spices - 1 Tbsp
  • Coriander Chutney - 2 Spoon
  • Maida - 2 Spoon
  • Rice Flour - 1 Spoon
  • Besan - 1 Spoon
  • Turmeric Powder - 2 Pinches
  • Salt & Spices
  • Bread Slices - 4
  • Sev, chopped onion to garnish
  • Oil
Instructions:
  • Maida Flour Paste
  • Add maida, rice flour, besan, turmeric powder and salt. Use 2 tbsp water & mix well. Once there is no lump. Add more water to make a smooth batter.
  • Apply potato stuffing on bread slice. Cover stuffing with this batter.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Deep fry these bread one by one. Take them out in a plate.
  • Apply coriander chutney first on these fried breads. Now sprinkle sev & chopped onion.
