Ingredients:
- Boiled Mashed Potato Stuffing with Salt & Spices - 1 Tbsp
- Coriander Chutney - 2 Spoon
- Maida - 2 Spoon
- Rice Flour - 1 Spoon
- Besan - 1 Spoon
- Turmeric Powder - 2 Pinches
- Salt & Spices
- Bread Slices - 4
- Sev, chopped onion to garnish
- Oil
Instructions:
- Maida Flour Paste
- Add maida, rice flour, besan, turmeric powder and salt. Use 2 tbsp water & mix well. Once there is no lump. Add more water to make a smooth batter.
- Apply potato stuffing on bread slice. Cover stuffing with this batter.
- Heat oil in a pan. Deep fry these bread one by one. Take them out in a plate.
- Apply coriander chutney first on these fried breads. Now sprinkle sev & chopped onion.
