Ingredients:
  • Bread Slices - 2
  • Few garlic cloves
  • Butter
  • Basil leaves - 2 Spoon
  • Olive oil - 1 Spoon
  • Salt, a pinch
  • Grated cheese
Instructions:
  • Mix garlic cloves, basil leaves and a pinch of salt. Crush this mixture well. Add half spoon olive oil in it and make a fine paste.
  • In a small bowl, add the butter (melted) and mix this basil-garlic paste. Your basil butter paste is ready.
  • Apply the basil butter paste on bread slices. Top it with grated cheese. Bake it.
