Sweet Potato Chips and Nachos

Sweet potatoes are one of the best sources of vitamin A; a medium one contains more than 100 percent of the daily recommended intake.

Ingredients:
  • Washed & Dried Sweet Potatoes - 4
  • Oil (Olive oil is preferred)
  • Salt & Black Pepper
  • Lemon juice
Instructions:
  • Peel & cut sweet potatoes into thin coin shape rounds.
  • Heat 2 to 4 spoon oil in a pan. Add sweet potatoes & mix well to coat all sweet potatoes in oil. Saute them well.
  • Once they turn golden brown, add salt & pepper. (You can add ginger, garlic or oregano powder too if you like).
  • Cook for few minutes more. Allow sweet potatoes to cook until slightly soft. Keep Stirring.
  • Sprinkle lemon juice & enjoy.
