Ingredients:
  • Maida - 250 gm
  • Baking powder - 2 Teaspoon
  • Pitaya Powder - 2 Teaspoon
  • Sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • Salt - One-Fourth Teaspoon
  • Milk - 300 ml
  • Oil - 2 Spoon
  • Butter
Instructions:
  • Add all dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and pitaya powder) into a wide bowl and mix.
  • Add milk and oil. Whisk until smooth. Set aside for 5 minutes.
  • Heat a pan. Grease it with butter.
  • Spoon the batter into the pan, about 2 tablespoons at a time.
  • Once both sides are golden in colour. Serve it with whipped cream & dragon fruit pulp to make it more tasty.
