Dahi Bhindi Recipe

Ingredients:
- An inch thick Cut Bhindi/Okra - 200 gm
- Whisked Curd - Third Fourth Cup
- Besan/Gram Flour - 1 Tbsp
- Ginger Paste - 1 Spoon
- 1 Spoon mix of cumin and mustard seeds
- Salt & Spices - to taste
- Turmeric Powder - Half Spoon
- Oil - 2 Spoon
Instructions:
- Heat 1 spoon oil in a non-stick pan. Saute okra on low to medium heat until bhindi cook from all sides.
- Take them out in a bowl. Now again heat 1 spoon oil.
- Add ginger paste, seeds, salt and spices. Stir well til aromatic.
- In another bowl, mix besan, whisked curd and half cup water. Mix well to dissolve any lump.
- Add this mixture in the pan. Cook on low to medium heat until the rawness of besan goes away.
- Keep on stirring often so that the bottom does not get burn. Time taken to cook besan mixture will be around 15 minutes.
- Stir continuously. Add fried okra. Cook for 5 more minutes.
