Dadpe Pohe Recipe

Ingredients:
- Thin Poha Flakes - 1 Cup
- Fresh Grated Coconut - One Fourth Cup
- Onion Finely Chopped - One Fourth Spoon
- Fried Peanuts - 1 Tbsp
- Mix of mustard & cumin seeds - 1 Tbsp
- Chopped Curry Leaves
- Two Pinches of turmeric powder
- Salt - To Taste
- Sugar - To Taste
- Lemon Juice - 1 Tbsp
- Oil - 1 spoon
Instructions:
- In a wide bowl, add poha, chopped onion, grated coconut. Mix these three ingredients well.
- Place a plate over the mixture tightly & keep a heavy pestle over the plate. It will help to release excess moisture from the coconut.
- Let it rest for 20 minutes. Now remove the plate & stir once.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard & cumin seeds,chopped curry leaves. Saute well.
- Add turmeric. Stir. Pour this tempering over poha. Add salt & sugar, fried peanuts, lemon juice. Mix well.
