Crunchy Paneer Strips Recipe
KebabA product made from milk, it is used in several forms such as chunks, bhurji, fried, sauteed, barbequed, grilled, etc. Basically, paneer is an all-rounder when it comes to ways it can be eaten and tastes good almost in all these forms.
Note: Don't cut paneer strips too thin as they are prone to break while frying.

Ingredients:
- Paneer Strips - 8
- Chaat Masala - 2 Spoon
- Breadcrumbs or Oats or Seviyan - Half Cup
- Maida - 2 Tbsp
- Water
- Oil
Instructions:
- Sprinkle little chaat masala on paneer strips and set aside.
- In a flat plate, mix together maida & cornflour, salt, pepper, garlic & make a paste (not watery) with the help of water. Coat strips first in batter & then again with bread crumbs/Oats/Seviyan.
- Shallow fry in oil on medium flame until crisp and done. Take them out on tissue paper.
- Use white breadcrumbs or oats or seviyan to get crunchy texture.
