Ingredients:
- Boiled Arbi (Peeled) - 10
- Sama Chawal Flour - 4 Spoon
- Salt & Black Pepper - to taste
- Oil for Frying
- Chopped Green Chilli
- Few Curry Leaves & mustard seeds
- Tomato Puree - 3 Spoon
- Water
Instructions:
- In a glass bowl, take boiled arbi. Pour salt, pepper & rice flour, green chillies, & some water splash. Give it a mix. All arbi should get coated with sama rice flour.
- Heat oil in a pan. Fry these rice flour coated arbis in pan on slow to medium flame.
- Once they are golden brown, take them out.
- Heat two spoon oil in pan. Temper mustard seeds, curry leaves, tomato puree.
- Once well roasted, add fried arbi & mix well.
