Custard and Pudding Chia Seeds
Chocolate Chia Pudding Recipe

Chia Seeds are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, rich in antioxidants, and they provide fiber, iron, and calcium. Omega-3 fatty acids help raise HDL cholesterol, the "good" cholesterol that protects against heart attack and stroke.

  • Milk - 1 Cup
  • Maple syrup or honey
  • Cocoa powder - 2 Tbsp
  • Coconut Flakes - 2 Spoon
  • Chia seeds - 1 Tbsp
  • Choco chips/coconut flakes/whipped cream while serving (optional)

  1. In the blender, add milk, maple syrup/honey, cocoa powder, coconut flakes, chia seeds and blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. Pour it into large glass.
  3. The pudding will thicken a bit more with time, but it is thick and rich right after blending. Chia seeds will thicken the milk.
  4. Top it up with optional toppings and serve.
