Chocolate Chia Pudding Recipe
Custard and Pudding
Chia Seeds are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, rich in antioxidants, and they provide fiber, iron, and calcium. Omega-3 fatty acids help raise HDL cholesterol, the "good" cholesterol that protects against heart attack and stroke.
Total Time (Minutes):
- Milk - 1 Cup
- Maple syrup or honey
- Cocoa powder - 2 Tbsp
- Coconut Flakes - 2 Spoon
- Chia seeds - 1 Tbsp
- Choco chips/coconut flakes/whipped cream while serving (optional)
- In the blender, add milk, maple syrup/honey, cocoa powder, coconut flakes, chia seeds and blend on high speed until smooth. Pour it into large glass.
- The pudding will thicken a bit more with time as chia seeds will thicken the milk. Top it up with optional toppings and serve.
