Mushroom Cheese Kebab

Ingredients:
  • 1 Cup Mushrooms - Stalks Removed (Large)
  • Chopped Capsicum - 4 Tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp White pepper powder
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh coriander
  • Half Cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • To taste Salt
Instructions:
  • For filling, heat butter in a pan. Add garlic and onion. Saute for a minute. Add chopped capsicum & saute for a minute. Add salt and pepper powder. Keep it aside to cool.
  • Add grated cheese in this cool down mixture. You can add pizza seasoning too. Stuffing is ready.
  • Stuff the mixture in the mushroom and bake in oven/on a greased pan keeping it covered/an appam pan.
