Bread Uttapam Recipe
ChillaThis recipe of making bread uttapam is really easy and quick as the batter does not need to be fermented and all the ingredients are easily available at home.

Ingredients:
- Maida Bread - 4 slices
- Curd - Half Cup
- Water- Half Cup or more
- Sooji/Semolina- Half Cup
- Few chopped ginger, onion & capsicum Or Any other vegetable of your choice
- Salt & Pepper - to taste
- Oil
Instructions:
- Transfer the bread & rava into a blender. Blend first without water.
- Add curd and water. Blend the mixture again. We need a smooth paste using curd & water.
- Take out the mixture in a glass bowl. Add sufficient water to make a pourable batter. Now add chopped tomatoes, onions, capsicum, ginger, salt, chilli/pepper.
- You can add roasted curry leaves & mustard seeds too.
- Heat the pan at medium heat and spread some oil on it.
- Mix the batter well and pour out a ladleful of mixture at the centre of the pan and spread it.
- Cover it with lid & let it cook for about 3 to 5 minutes on low flame.
- Flip it over and cook untill you get golden brownish texture from both the sides.
