Bread Poha Recipe
PohaPoha is considered the perfect breakfast food and has gained attraction not just across India, but also globally. It can be cooked along with a number of vegetables like peas, potato, coriander and even crunchy peanuts are added to it. This makes the dish more nutritious and filling. Bread poha is a variation of Poha, with slices of bread added to the masala.

Ingredients:
- Bread slices (cut in small square shape) - 5
- Mustard seeds - 1 Spoon
- Few curry leaves
- Turmeric
- Chopped Tomato - 1 Tbsp
- Chopped Onion - 1 Tbsp
- Salt & spices - to taste
- Lemon juice
- Sugar - half spoon
- Chopped coriander leaves
- Fresh coconut - grated ( if available)
Instructions:
- Heat oil in pan & saute bread cubes. Take them out in a bowl. Keep it aside.
- Heat oil again in the pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves. Saute them well.
- Add chopped vegetables, onion, tomato, 1 spoon water. Mix well. Cook for two minute.
- Add turmeric, salt, chilli powder, garam masala. Saute well. Add bread cubes & stir for a minute. All bread cubes should get mixed with vegetables.
- Add lemon juice, sugar and coriander leaves. Ready to serve with coconut granishing.
