Ingredients:
- Blueberries - 2 Cup
- Water - Half Cup
- Sugar - Half Cup
- Lemon Juice - 2 Tbsp
- Vanilla Essence - Half Spoon
- Cornstarch Slurry - 2 Tbsp
Instructions:
- In a wide saucepan, add blueberries, water, sugar & lemon juice. Keep it stirring on low boil.
- Add cornstarch & stir well. Do not crush berries.
- Cook on low flame & stir until it is enough thick to form a sauce consistency.
- Take out in a glass bowl & let it cool. Store in refrigerator in a glass jar.
