Ingredients:
- Whole Wheat Flour (Aatta) - One Cup
- Baking Powder - 1 Tea Spoon
- Poppy Seeds (Khaskhas) - 1 Tea Spoon
- Oats Powdered - 2 Spoon
- Honey/Maple Syrup/Caramel/Fruit Syrup
- Freshly Mashed Banana - 1
- Milk
Instructions:
- Mix all these ingredients in a bowl. (mashed banana, wheat flour, oats powder, poppy seeds, baking powder) in a bowl and mix well.
- Now make a lump free smooth batter ( not runny batter) by adding milk gradually.
- Keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Grease a non stick pan with oil/butter, and pour 2 full ladles of batter in the pan.
- Cover the pan and cook the pancakes on low heat from both the sides till slightly browned.
- Keep pancake on a serving plate & drizzle Honey/Maple Syrup/Caramel/Fruit Syrup over it.
- Top with walnuts or nuts of your choice.(Optional)
- Ready to enjoy.
